Epson LQ-50 - a mobile printer with extensive printing capabilities
A 24-needle printer with 50 columns is small and has a good speed, which in average HSD mode reaches 360 characters.
The device is designed for multilayer streaming printing with simultaneous output of up to 3 layers. It is capable of working with a carrier with a density of 0.065–0.250 mm in various formats, but not exceeding A4.
The basis for the creation of this printer was Energy Star technology, which reduces power consumption, both during idle time and during printing.
Advantages:
- due to its small size, it is used as a stationary device even in cars, but with the adapter pre-installed;
- several print modes, with adjustable print speed;
- supports work with Windows OP;
- the presence of connectors through which the printer is connected to a PC and portable devices;
- reasonable price not exceeding 12 thousand rubles.
Disadvantages:
- lack of automatic control of media thickness;
- little own memory.
