  • Good tolerability, although allergic reactions are still possible;
  • Can be used to rejuvenate the skin of the neck and décolleté;
  • Maintains a high level of hydration of the dermis due to the content of hyaluronic acid;
  • Suitable for the prevention of premature aging, even if the wrinkles do not bother you yet.

Minuses:

  • For biorevitalization of the eyelid skin, less concentrated preparations and a different injection technique are needed, so that complete rejuvenation of the face will require additional expenses.

Ellanse - the most long-playing filler

Ellanse - the most long-playing filler

This gel contains no hyaluronic acid, and it acts completely differently. Instead of storing water, the filler stimulates the body to produce its own collagen.

The PCI polymer in its composition is a biodegradable substance, that is, it is self-absorbed (it is not for nothing that surgical threads are made of it). That's just the effect of its use lasts longer than the gel injected under the skin, although it does not appear immediately.

Pros:

  • Strengthens the skin, restoring its natural elasticity;
  • Universal - the drug can be used for the face, eyelids, décolleté, hands and body;
  • Suitable for corrective plastics and is allowed even to eliminate ptosis - hyaluronka will not cope with this;
  • It does not cause excessive swelling, although after injections a slight swelling will still appear;
  • Short rehabilitation period - restrictions on physical activity and the use of cosmetics make up the whole day;
  • The procedure can be repeated once every 3–4 years - this is how much the effect of the introduction of the filler is maintained (for products labeled L or E);
  • You can choose a drug with any desired duration, starting with 12 months.

Minuses:

  • Ellanse costs 3-5 times more than hyaluronic fillers, but does not require annual correction;
  • The result depends largely on the qualifications of the doctor and the correct choice of the point of introduction of the drug, since it will no longer be possible to remove the “implant”.

It will be interesting to friends too
